British Ambassador Asif Ahmad welcomed all the guest to his residence as they launch Kenwood–Create More in the Philippines last July 21, 2016 at the British Ambassador’s residence in North Forbes Park, Makati City.

The said event was graced by media friends and 4 top Culinary Schools in Metro Manila as they display their outstanding skills through their finished products using the multi-awarded Kenwood kitchen appliances.

The Event

During the event, Honorable Asif Ahmad showed his culinary skills through a cooking demo with Kenwood Development Chef Martin Johns. They’ve shown how fascinating and how easy it is to use Kenwood products.

I was thrilled to know that the Ambassador doesn’t outsource the food they eat. They have their in-house chef which if I’m not mistaken is also Chef Martin Johns who makes fusion of Filipino-British dishes. Two thumbs up!

Kenwood also partnered with Mini Cooper during this event. And what an awesome display of sturdiness when the Kenwood Mixer pulled the Mini Cooper. I’ve tried pushing a car in neutral gear and find it really heavy to push. What more for a small Kenwood mixer? I thought  it would just break easily but tadah! It pulled the car with 4 people inside it. It was amazing! It wouldn’t be possible if materials were of low quality.

The 4 Top Culinary Schools who participated in the event were all given a Kenwood appliance as a gift which they’ve already used to create their “oh so tempting” dishes.

The night was even more filled with excitement when the host started to raffle off the tickets we got during the registration. And guess who was the lucky one who was picked first! I shouted HERE when my name was called! I wanted to get a Kenwood appliance of course! Who wouldn’t want one! Such an amazing kitchen product that you can never resist. However, what I got was equally of great value! And I’m so excited to kick-start my journey!

I’m excited to see Kenwood products in the market. I think one should never miss a good opportunity to elevate the standard of cooking. And I believe that Kenwood is a great product that you shouldn’t miss.
