Rockwell Primaries launches EAST BAY Residences in Sucat

Yesterday, October 12, 2016, Rockwell Primaries launched their third project and its first property in Southern Metro Manila as it opens its preselling condo units that is tailored for families.

The 6.5 – hectare East Bay Residences is located in KM 21 East Service RoadSucat, Muntinlupa City. The wide gated residences promise exclusivity and safety to its homeowners. And is also ensured of convenience with a three-level retail row that will house a supermarket, bank, cinema, restaurants, and other essential retail establishments in the future.

One very distinct feature of southern dwelling is the feel of the outdoors. Much of it’s designs and functions in the property incorporates the value for open spaces, natural cooling and lighting in a mid-density environment where there is a 60:40 ratio of open spaces to residential ones.

In keeping with the outdoors, Rockwell Primaries features its passive cooling technology by adding private bridgeways and floating corridors to the units. Garden atriums are present every five floors, providing a charming touch of greenery in the building.

East Bay Residences offers a 25-meter lap pool, a gazebo, a barbeque area, a multipurpose court, a playground, a jogging path, and a Clubhouse with a gym and function halls.

The well-planned units allow larger than usual areas that allows you to flexibly use the interiors. The Fordham Tower will be the first tower which is 15 storeys high, with 22 units per floor. Units range from 44-98 square meters.

The Units

The one bedroom unit (44-46 sqm.) provides ample room for comfort and is ideal for newlyweds and individuals. The unit comes with a den that can be used for hobbies, can be converted into a workspace or an extra bedroom in the future.

For small families the 2 bedroom unit (70-73 sqm.) is a great choice, whose children are developing new interests and learning to be independent as there will be space to run around and explore.

The 3 bedroom unit provides enough space for grown families akin to an actual house, with a storage room and maid’s quarter made available.

Contrary to what most of us know, with the Rockwell signature style that harps on accessibility, quality, and the living experience, the mid-density property is offered in a very competitive and reasonable price that comes with a parking lot. You read that right.

And by touring the  pop-up unit in Power Plant Mall, I’m confident to say that I gave it a wow on my first glance. The space it gives you will be one of the factors that you’ll definitely consider in buying the property. By the way, they don’t offer a fully furnished unit. However, furnitures can’t replace the space you get from this property.

“It’s important for us to deliver livable spaces to our residents. East Bay maximizes form and function to capture the desirable ambiance of the south. East Bay will enrich the south with community that guarantees a life lived better.” – Malou Pineda, SVP, Rockwell Primaries Development Corporation

By the way, as per their sales team, they don’t have a specific bank that can finance  if you want it mortgaged. So, you may choose your preferred bank. They are also open to Pag-Ibig financing. As long as, the price of the unit can be met.

Rockwell Primaries, is the newest subsidiary of Rockwell Land, aims to elevate lives by creating best value quality homes modern Filipinos can be proud of.
